All tours booked will have a 72-hour full refund option from the time of your booking. After 72 hours, your tour cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
Big Red Pedal Tours does operate in the rain. If Big Red Pedal Tours cancels your tour due to extreme weather, sideways rain, lightning, or city closures, we will attempt to reschedule your tour for a later date. Special circumstances will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
All Big Red Pedal Tours are transferable. You may transfer your tour to another person. A transfer must be done manually by a member of the Big Red Pedal Tour Team. Please call us if this situation arises. Have all original booking information ready before your call. Only the original person who booked the tour can transfer the tour.
All businesses associated with Big Red Pedal Tours are not owned or operated by Big Red Pedal Tours. While you are in or at any of these establishments, you will be under their rules and regulations.
Big Red pedal Tours does not require the wearing of masks during your tour. While at any stop along your tour, you will be required to follow that establishment’s rules and regulations.
Big Red Pedal Tours operates on the busy streets of Philadelphia. Your safety is our #1 priority as we navigate our beautiful city. Please, no standing or hanging off the bike at any time. As this is The City of Brotherly Love, our citizens will feel compelled to high-five you as you pedal by. Please refrain from touching or grabbing anything outside of the bike while in motion.
